This experimental single barrel from one of the country’s greatest independent distilleries was crafted from a high corn mash bill with just a touch of malted barley and rye. Barreled at a very low 96.7 proof and aged for 7 years and 1 month before it was bottled at 105 proof, it offers dense, rich sweetness—think classic bourbon flavors of caramel, vanilla, brown sugar, oak spice, and maraschino cherry—with plenty of proof for balance and bite. Truly exceptional, and one of a kind!
