The newest release from Newark's own All Points West! Inspired by rum production in the Newark Bay dating all the way back to the 1600s, this craft rum is distilled in a pot still from sugarcane, molasses, and yeasts designed to mimic the historic, now-lost local style. Aged in Union Horse 'Reserve' bourbon barrels, it is texturally rich, slightly vegetal, with notes of grilled and caramelized tropical fruits, vanilla, and caramel. This will definitely please Rhum Agricole fans; perfect for both sipping and mixing.
