Shipping return policies:
If we ship you the incorrect wine, please contact us within 30 days and we will take care of it.
If you simply don’t care for the wine or want to return it for some other reason, please ship it back to us (open bottles excluded). Any returned wine or cancelled orders will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
In-Store Return Policies:
If you believe a bottle is corked or flawed in some way, please bring us the bottle (not emptied) within 30 days of purchase for a replacement of the same or similar bottle.
If you've purchased multiple bottles only to realize upon opening 1 that you do not enjoy it, the remainder may be returned less a 10% restocking fee.
Returns & exchanges must be executed within 30 days of the original purchase.
***All refunds for orders over $100 will be net of credit card processing fees.
Donations & Prizes
--Because it is illegal to donate/give away alcohol in the state of New Jersey, we often donate or raffle prizes that include a seat in our private classes. All donations & prizes involving free admission to our private classes are subject to a 6-month expiration.
Class & Dinner Cancellations
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy regarding our private classes and dinners. No refunds will be issued to individuals who cancel within 48 hours of the event. In the event of a class cancellation, we will issue you a gift card for the class amount.
WSET Cancellation Policy
Students may receive a full refund if they cancel 1-week prior to first class date. If a student cancels anytime within 7 days of first class or afterwards, they may apply their balance to future WSET classes.
All classes must be formally cancelled by the student within the duration of the class, a no-show will not be honored for a refund.
