Escala Humana Livvera Bequignol 2023

Native to Bordeaux & south-west France, Bequignol is a lightish-bodied red variety mostly used for intensifying the color of red blends. Thought to be a crossing of Cabernet Franc & Savagnin, this naturally-fermented, neutral-oak aged example is bright, crunchy, & proves the grape’s potential on its own! Food Pairing Cured meats, poultry, pork, cheeses
