Domaine de Montbourgeau L'etoile Blanc Jura 2023

This is the estate’s classic white wine, produced now by vigneronne Nicole Deriaux. Primarily Chardonnay, with the odd Savagnin vine interplanted throughout the vineyard, it perfectly displays that region’s famous oxidative style, with rich notes of honey, nuts, & salt. Wow! Food Pairing Pungent cheeses, pork dishes
