Distilled & laid down to mature during the heyday of Billy Walker’s tenure at GlenDronach, before he sold the distillery & moved on to GlenAllachie, this single cask matured for 11 years in 1st-fill PX sherry cask & then finished an additional 3 years in an STR cask seasoned with PX. Notes of tiramisu, pine forest, dried cherries, dates, & dark chocolate with a hint of sea salt. Natural color, unchillfiltered, cask strength. Only 215 bottles produced!
