Kilchoman 100% Islay 13th Edition

Kilchoman’s 100% Islay releases are distilled from barley grown & floor malted at their farm-distillery, rather than purchased from elsewhere in Scotland, & aged on site. This release is made up of 44 ex-bourbon casks (mostly first-fill), aged a minimum of 8 years before bottling at 100 proof without added color or chillfiltration. Fruity on the attack with undertones of smoke & brine—delicious!
