This independently-produced whiskey is made in Ireland’s unique single pot still style—made famous by Redbreast, Midleton, & others—and aged in a combination of ex-bourbon, Oloroso, and Amontillado casks. Wonderfully textural & rich despite its youth, with notes of orchard fruit, stewed apples, candied nuts, fresh ginger, & salted caramel. Yum!
