Dancing Goat Distillery Stillman's Sonder American Single Malt 10 year old

After happening on some orphaned barrels of 10-to-16-year-old single malt from a shuttered MGP experiment, the folks at Dancing Goat aged & finished the whisky in a combination of virgin oak, bourbon, Wisconsin brandy, Cognac, & Calvados casks before final blending & botting for a funky, complex, unique expression of American Single Malt (and with a lot more age than usual)!
