The 2022 Saint-Aubin Les Pucelles has a "cool" Granny Smith apple and grass-clipping scented nose. Quite tight and primal at the moment. The well-balanced palate has a fresh, flinty opening and a vibrant malic finish, with a dash of black pepper on the aftertaste.
