The 2023 Chablis Saint Martin doesn't really say much on the nose-a little generic and tight-lipped. The palate is much better with notes of lime and red apple and fine acidity, though again, the finish feels rather monotone compared to others. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis.
