The 2023 Yarden Pinot Gris presents appealing fruit notes of nashi pear, apple and white peach, along with pleasing hints of spice, mineral and flowers. With medium body, this white wine is flavorful and fresh. About 50% of the wine fermented in large oval oak casks. Yarden Pinot Gris is best consumed within a couple of few years of vintage. The wine pairs wonderfully with pan-fried sardines with Italian salsa verde, lemony marinated chicken skewers, or pasta carbonara.
