A detailed and thoughtfully styled Langhe Nebbiolo, the 2021 Langhe Nebbiolo was raised for 18 months in tonneaux and boasts a saturated brick red color. The nose unfolds to well-managed rustic aromatics of sour black cherries, leather, dried orange peel, and toasted spice. The palate is ripe and rounded with a medium-bodied frame, although it has plenty of saturating depth, ripe tannins, and a balanced, earth-noted finish with mouthwatering salinity. It's in its prime now and will drink well over the next several years.
