The 2023 Blanc Cotes du Jura GPS was fermented and briefly aged in a combination of oak barrels and clay amphorae with regular topping-up and no additional S02. Ripe yellow apple, pear and a slice of melon rise from the glass. Meeting the palate with a creamy texture, the acidity here falls a bit short and takes away some of the wine's freshness. The finish ends a little abruptly.
