A very concentrated bouquet for this village cuvee offers fresh fruit aromas and some exotic notes. The minerality and richness produced by this terroir bring balance and roundness to the palate. This wine will go perfectly with fine, refreshing starters like goat's cheese or white fish terrines, or king prawns. A great pairing is also possible with blue cheeses.

Ripe oranges and sliced pears on the open nose. This is both juicy and creamy on the medium- to full-bodied palate, with an almost Californian suppleness at the finish. From high-altitude vineyards, but in a sheltered location that's quite warm, so the grapes for this wine are picked early. Matured in small oak barrels of which 20% were new. Sustainable. Drink or hold.
