A pale ruby color, the 2021 Langhe Nebbiolo comes from the younger vines in the Ronchi vineyard and was raised in cement and stainless steel. It needs a little air on opening and is bright with cranberries, spice, and orange peel. Medium-bodied, it retains its brightness on the palate, with a chalky texture and a snappy, savory lift. This is a lovely wine to serve with a light chill. Drink it over the next 2-3 years.
