This wine is vibrant, lively, with aromas of dried peach, dried orange peel, brioche, and dried florals on the nose. The flavors on the palate are Orange marmalade, melon, kiwi, green papaya layered with green dried herbs, mineral, and citrus zest leading into a mouthwatering finish. Skin contact wine bottled after being on the skins 24 days. The texture is velvety, supple, and exciting. Pair with Classic Pasta with Butter Sauce and friends.
