Silky contours and plush fruit open first, followed by hints of clove, pomegranate, rose petal and mocha. All the elements are deftly balanced throughout. What a joyous wine this is.

Intense rose aroma here, together with candied violet and dark-cherry fruit. Medium body with brisk acidity, firm tannins and a chalky, drier texture to the finish. Drink or hold.
