Mezcalosfera de Mezcaloteca Espadin distilled with Cinnamon and Calabaza

Just 60 liters of this special spirit were distilled & bottled to celebrate El Día de Los Muertos! Produced much like a pechuga—but without any animal products—this begins its life as a traditional mezcal made from Espadín before it is redistilled with local cinnamon & calabaza (winter squash). The cinnamon is very present on the nose, but marries on the palate with earthy sweetness for a very autumnal sip. Wow!
