The 2020 Pouilly-Fuisse Heritage comes from a variety of terroirs around the appellation and sees about 20% aged in oak. This has an expressive orchard fruit-scented bouquet with a touch of melted candle wax and almonds. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a twist of orange rind and stem ginger. Very harmonious with ample weight on the finish, this just has the edge over the preceding vintages. Excellent.
