We’re proud to be the first store in the United States to stock Drouin ‘ABC,’ a sweet vermouth-like aperitif made from a base of cider (which makes sense coming from one of the world's most esteemed cider & brandy producers!). Although it can’t be labeled a vermouth in the United States because the base isn’t wine, this should be used and enjoyed exactly like a sweet vermouth, either on its own over ice (possibly with a splash of club soda) or as a versatile and elevated cocktail ingredient. Try it with Drouin's wonderful gin for a distinct take on the classic Negroni. Delicious!
