The 2022 Bourgogne Blanc Hautes-Cotes de Beaune has a fresher bouquet than the Cote d'Or, with touches of grass clippings, more malic in style. The palate is medium-bodied with a sapid entry, fine weight, acidic spice and a vibrant saline finish. This is an absolute delight and comes recommended.
