In an effort to battle monoculture and experiment with heirloom grains, Far North grows unique, open pollinated rye varieties on their family farm. This 6-year-old, bottled-in-bond expression is one of their oldest spirits to date, fermented and distilled using 100% Hazlet rye. Grain forward and pleasantly dusty, with layers of caramel and vanilla. Very limited!
