With nearly 300 years of winemaking history, the Maillards have had plenty of time to perfect their approach to Pinot Noir. This Pommard is very traditional, with plenty of earthy funk and bright cherry fruit. Nice depth and plenty of acidity—a terrific candidate for aging. Very tasty!
