An infusion of Ironbound Farm-grown herbs, fruits, and bittering roots produces notes of mixed berry compote, hot chocolate, and whipped cream with a lovely, lingering bitter finish. Our master cidermaker, Cam, and our farmer-chef, Alec, combined their creative skills-and their names (Cam+Alec)-to create this deeply flavorful aperitif. Wonderful on its own and when used in place of Campari in a Negroni, Spritz, or other cocktail.
