From Régis Moro’s time at Closerie du Pelan, before the low-intervention, traditionalist estate fell into disrepair, this is a stunning example of well-aged Bordeaux from an epic vintage. Ethereal & balanced, with vibrant fruit, savory minerality, & lovely tertiary character. Food Pairing Lamb dishes, steaks, stews, venison
