Founded in 2016, Raasay is the first legal distillery on the small island of the same name, located in the Inner Hebrides off Scotland’s north-west coast. This flagship single malt is lightly peated and offers rich fruit flavors from maturation in ex-rye, first-fill Bordeaux, & virgin Chinquapin Oak casks. Bottled unchillfiltered and at natural color.
