The 2016 Carema Etichetta Bianca is such a delight. What a wine. The 2016 has it all - aromatic presence, sculpted fruit and fabulous persistence. There is a bit of development in the flavors and yet the 2016 remains wonderfully fresh. Crushed raspberry, mint, white pepper, crushed rocks and dried herbs build into the taut, saline finish.
