Jérôme Tessendier blends unaged rums from Barbados, Jamaica, and Trinidad & Tobago before resting the blend in used Cognac casks for a brief period. The result is by all measures a superb white rum for classic tropical cocktails, but with surprising richness and complexity imparted by the quality of the distillate and brief time in casks.
