The Pagos Viejos (or "old vineyards") is made from a selection of the best old-vines sites in the estate. These parcels are vinified seperately, and then selected and blended later to make the final cuvee. Lots that do not quite make the cut are de-classified into the Vinas de Gain. more

This wine is 100% old-vine Viura from the high elevation (+700 meters) vineyards of Artadi in the Alavesa ourside of Laguardia. It’s an incredibly dense wine with lots of “burgundian”-like leesy texture. Only 300 cases were produced. more
