Back by popular demand, folks! Join us on Saturday, May 4th @ 4pm in the AV-Montclair classroom for a cultural tour on all things SPAIN! With centuries of wine-making tradition, indigenous varietals, and unique terroirs, Spain easily qualifies as one of the world’s most important wine regions. Producers like Lopez de Heredia boast some of the finest Riojas made today, but there are so many other exciting areas that deserve your attention. Galicia? Yup. San Sebastian? Naturally. But there is so much more! Our International Sales Manager (and de facto Basque travel agent), Wes Kirk, will be your personal guide for this intensive seminar & tasting featuring some of our favorite Spanish labels in the shop! From the greatest wineries in Rioja to the mountains of Ribeira Sacra to the Txakolina of the Basque Country...we will cover it all! We will also be opening some Spanish cheese and Jamon.
