Join us at Turtle + the Wolf on Tuesday, March 26th @ 7PM, for our first Fried Chicken & Champagne dinner of 2024! And after a few months of tasting dozens of sparkling wine samples, we have some fantastic wines that we CANNOT wait to share with you! In case you didn’t know, Birds & Bubbles” is a match made in heaven. Crisp, mineral driven sparkling wines provide the perfect foil for rich, fried chicken. Amanti is all about the “Farmer Fizz”. We only carry Champagne from producers who perform the entire wine-making process from grape growing & harvesting to bottling. Many of the farmers in the region sell their crop to larger houses who handle the blending and bottling, but we strive to showcase the growing movement of farmers who do it all. We find that these wines truly showcase the terroir, love & labor that go into making the greatest sparkling wine in the world!
As local as it gets, Montclair’s own Lauren Hirschberg is the Chef/Owner of this lovely bistro and makes the finest Fried Chicken this side of the Hudson.

Cost: Approximately $135 per person ($60 for food and $75 for wine) plus tax and gratuity As always, the wine portion of the event(s) will be billed in advance of the dinner.
