The Amanti Vino Classroom is pleased to welcome Polaner Selections Argentinean Portfolio Manager Adam Rieger on Saturday August 14th at 5 pm. Adam cut his teeth as a sommelier in New York City, working at Marion Batali’s Casa Mono and Bobby Flay’s Bar Americain. Adam has traveled exclusively throughout South America and brings a passion for its wines that is unparalleled in the business. Along with his work in Argentina, Adam is also a certified Sake Specialist. He spent some time at the Mukune Brewery in Osaka, Japan.
