Valentine's Day Wine & Chocolate Class

Get a head start on Valentine's Day this year and join us on Friday night as we welcome Susan Fine, Montclair's finest chocolate purveyor, for a wine and dark chocolate tasting. Susan sources chocolates from all over the globe and displays a great breadth of knowledge in tasting technique, production and the history of chocolate. We will taste a variety of different wines, both dry and sweet, that work well with these distinctive treats. Last year's class was a blast but it filled up quickly (there is no tone more desperate than that of a gift-less man begging to get into a sold out class with his potential ex-girlfriend).
$40 per student and Susan will have chocolate available for sale after class.
