Aspall Imperial Cyder
Made from a 90-year old recipe revived by 8th generation owner Henry Chevalier Guild. Produced at the family-run Aspall Hall Farm, U.K, using only the fresh juice of whole Suffolk apples and the philosophy championed by their founding ancestor, Clement.

Farnum Hill Semi-Dry
Farnum Hill's almost fanatical interest in different varieties of cider apples lends their ciders depth of aroma and flavor. They constantly blend unique cider apple varieties and are testing new ones all the time. The English and European varieties that flourish there attain highly concentrated flavors in the extreme New Hampshire climate. Produced at Poverty Lane Orchards. 7.4% ABV.
Farnum Hill Dooryard Still Cider “Dooryard 1131”
Farnum Hill grows all their own cider apples and occasionally they have leftover fermented juice. They use these leftovers to experiment with blending combinations and will sometimes release a bit to the public under the Dooryard label. With a blend selected by three NJ beer geeks (including John Hoyos), Batch #1131NJ shows ripe, sweet fruits on the nose with a full acidic mouth feel and a mild, broad bitterness on the base behind a puckering finish. It is only available to buy in the Garden State.
Etienne Dupont-Cidre Bouche Brut
Etienne’s orchards are comprised of old-growth, low yield, Pays d’Auge varietals. Typical varieties include Saint-Martin, Binet, Noel de champs, Mettais, Frequin and Rouge Duret. Most are bitter sweet. Sweet, acidic, and tannic apples are all used in the same proportion for balance. Domaine Etienne Dupont was established in Normandy in 1837, and still family run. 5.5% ABV
Christian Drouin Poire Cidre
Slightly cloudy in appearance with a light gold color. Delicate nose with hints of pears and citrus. Very refreshing flavor, notes of pears and citrus, interplay between sweetness and crisp acidity. Produced at Domaine Christian Drouin, Normandy, France. 4.0% ABV
Sarasola Sagardoa,
a traditional Basque cider, is still and needs to be poured from a height to initiate some natural carbonation. The taste has an apple profile, but also gets tart and funky. 6% ABV.
